We are thrilled to be shortlisted for the Spider Awards 2018 under the category ‘Best Coworking Space’, sponsored by Jobbio. The Spider Awards is Ireland’s leading technology awards ceremony and one of the highest level accreditation for digital excellence. The awards include Best Apps created, Best Campaigns, Best Content Marketing, Best Startup, International Growth Award and now with the newly added category Best Coworking Space.
We’re in very good company too, with fellow coworking spaces Creative Spark, Glandore, New Work Junction and Nutgrove Community Enterprise all shortlisted. The awards take place on Thursday 29th November 2018 and are set to be a spectacular evening with this year’s theme Cabaret!
We currently have a number of coworking spaces at Iconic Offices, The Greenway The Lennox Building, South Point and Sobo Works in D2, The Masonry in D8 and NSQ2 in Cork.
Catering for freelancers and startups to medium and large enterprises, we offer businesses a range of coworking options including hot-desking, floating memberships as well as private studios and offices. We pride ourselves on offering flexible workspaces which can adapt to your needs and cater to you as your team grows.
The Greenway
The Greenway has a post-industrial feel with a bold design and handmade fittings and fixtures. At 31,000sq feet, The Greenway is our largest building to date, with six floors, an in-house café (Vandal Coffee Co.), coworking space, private offices, event space, as well as an in-house cinema, currently in the works.
This building is populated by established brands and emerging talent from across a spectrum of industries. Whether you need a floating desk or an entire floor of private offices, there’s a workspace for you at the Greenway.
“The networking and collaborations that I have witnessed amongst our members in the few short weeks since moving to The Greenway have been immense. It is a pleasure to be a part of such a vibrant working community and building. We build our spaces to allow for members to break out of their comfort zones, expand their personal and business networks, and help ease the feeling of isolation that can so often occur with freelancers or small business owners.” –
Kate O’Meara, Community Manager at The Greenway
The Lennox Building
The Lennox Building offers coworking spaces, private offices, access to meeting rooms, sound-proof booths, and breakout areas. Biophilic design, a rooftop garden terrace, light, temperature and air control, as well as floor to ceiling windows all help our members feel and perform their best.
The Masonry
Once a former seed warehouse, this landmark building on Thomas Street shares a neighbourhood with the Guinness Storehouse, home of Ireland's most iconic tipple. Many of the original features have been respectfully restored and retained to honour the history and character of the building, with new custom artwork dotted throughout.
At Iconic Offices, Community is at that heart of everything we do. It drives collaboration, productive thinking and a sense of belonging among our members. We bring together like-minded people with like-minded goals to facilitate work and personal success.
NSQ2
NSQ2 is a LEED Gold Standard building. It was designed with health and well-being in mind, with temperature and air control, natural and ambient lighting from floor to ceiling windows and modern fixtures. NSQ2 has a wide range of facilities such as a walking desk booth, podcast studio and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary continental breakfast, tea and coffee.
